Did you see us at Bird Fair 2017?

Last weekend, we travelled up to the beautiful Rutland water to talk to you the public and wildlife enthusiasts attending the annual Bird Fair, about the work of Hedgehog Street.

Thousands of you gathered in the stunning countryside to learn more about wildlife conservation and meet some of your favourite charities face to face to share your stories.

I was heartened to hear how so many people have hedgehogs living in their gardens and are all doing so much to look after them, from building their own hedgehog homes, to making hedgehog highways and putting out food.  If you have a hedgehog house, please take part in the Hedgehog Housing Census today.

Hopefully, with more and more people caring about hedgehogs we can try and halt this rapid decline in numbers.
