    Hello so I currently feed a few hedgehogs and recently a juvenile has turned up I noticed him about a week ago, it appeared that he has abit of a sore eye tonight his eye still isn’t better it’s pretty much closed the right eye is fine he’s still eating and drinking would it be time to contact a rescue for this little guy. Thanks

    Yes, it would be a good time to contact a rescue for the little hedgehog – if you haven’t already – and take their advice. It’s always worth asking a rescue if you are ever worried about a hedgehog. You can explain things more fully and they will let you know if the hedgehog needs to go in.
