    Hi all,
I’ve been feeding my nightly hog since the summer ( when my previous hog went walk-about and didn’t return) he/she is still out each night but has been regularly taking leaves back to a box under the Skimmia bushes. This morning, I was just looking at camera footage of this mornings activity – I have to format the card frequently as there’s always a,Dunnock, Robin or Blackbird doing a turn for the camera! Anyway I saw hoggy come out of the box, go down the side, out of shot and then 1 min later went back to bed. Should I be worried? This was 11.28am – 11.30am.
    TIA.
P.s I’d love to be able to upload the bit of film, but no clue how. ๐Ÿ˜•

Hi last year i had a hog hibernate in a house and he came out and went behind my cherry tree every night and went straight back to bed , he looked healthy . Sometimes he went into the food box and had a nibble and a drink. Don’t think they like pooing where they sleep. Go to where it says my hedgehog street and you get a drop down box and click on hedgehog street videos and it will tell you what to do, they put them on you tube, but i haven’t figured out how to put them directly onto this site, good luck.

    Hi Scoobysue,
Thanks, I won’t panic, actually he/she has done exactly the same thing this morning albeit 30mins different, so I’m thinking this could be a daily habit, I’ve only just moved the camera from feeding station to nest box, as I really thought the box was empty as most nights he toddles off under the gate and doesn’t return …maybe there’s two???!! ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜„
