Hi I have been sitting out these past few nigts watchign my hedgehogs family. I have one who keeps a hind paw up close to its body. This hog is happy wandering about, quite agile to be honest, eating and drinking so I am not that fussed it is in danger/pain . I did manage to pick it up one evening as it had come out early and the food was not down. But it didnt open up for me to see its paw. I am happy in that it now can eat and drink as much as it wants without getting into any danger in foraging.

Hedghoegs like all wild animals have a very high pain tolerance. I have seen one with broken bones sticking out and writhing internally with maggots that was still eating and drinking
    It needs medical attention
