    £5 isn’t a huge amount – the vet’s (if they charge) will probably be a lot more than that.

    I think that someone wrote about slimy pre-hibernation poop. Unfortunately i don´t know any reference.

    A question to all others here is if it is something that is nothing to worry about and happends everytime before hibernation?

    slimy green poo might indicate a gut irritation – so it might not be anything to worry about as it might be caused by change of diet –

    I believe hibernation poo is green (or has a green tint to it) and is more solid.
