Forgive me if this topic has been covered but…..I would like a camera to go in my hedgehog feeding station. But not a good idea to have any electrical lead that could get chewed through. A full sized trail camera wouldn’t fit in there. Many thanks.

    Hi BarnstapleHogs

Sorry no-one’s replied sooner. I’m not particularly knowledgable re. all the various cameras, but I think most people seem to use battery operated ones. Inside hog boxes I’ve heard of people using the cameras designed to go in bird boxes.

Good luck. Hope you find something that works.

Hi, I use a WildCam2 by NatureSpy. It’s really compact. I don’t put it inside my feeding station but it would fit easily. I’ve had no trouble with it so far and it seems to be aimed at hedgehog watching 🙂
Good luck, hope you find something suitable!

I should also have said it’s wireless – rechargeable via USB-C
