Hi

You need to weigh it regularly as despite it seeming to eat it can go downhill very rapidly.
If it doesn’t eat or continue putting on weight get help from a carer immediately – don’t even wait a day
Internal parasites in hogs get worse very quickly with stress of captivity so be careful
You are right it’s too old for milk
