Hogs do tend to vary in size at different times of the year. So they will be quite small when first returning from hibernation and gradually put on weight to be a more average size. Then leading up to hibernation the adults are likely to get bigger. But they also tend to get bigger as they get older. But it’s possible there are also pregnant hogs around at the moment. It’s that time of year! Fingers crossed for some hoglets!
