Sorry no-one noticed your post sooner. Next time if there is a potential sick or injured hog, the best place to post is in the carers/rescuing a hedgehog section – it is more likely to be noticed sooner there.

If the hog was sitting in the middle of the lawn and i.e. looking as if it is sunbathing, it is likely to need help. The following is a link from BHPS with information about what to do.
