You could well have more than one hedgehog visiting or it could be that the original hedgie hasn’t hibernated and has just been eating elsewhere for a while, someone else could possibly have been feeding it. Also do you know for sure the food isn’t being eaten by something else? There are a few possibilities, maybe get a wildlife camera set up and you may be able to work out which hog it is
