As you say it could be pregnant or have hoglets somewhere it is gathering food for. It’s quite late in the breeding season but have you seen any signs of it ripping up grass or gathering nesting materials? If it is not behaving strangely and does not obviously look ill I would just leave it but keep an eye on it
