Like you we also get lots of hedgehog poo.
we use a very stiff brush to sweep it away but it still leaves a stain. A few weeks ago we jet washed our patio which worked really well but obviously it doesn’t stay very clean for long. I’m sure you could buy some special product but i’m not sure which ones.
